Our refurbishment projects have been across all sectors and with varying complexity and size, some even whilst the operator remains on site and maintains productivity. We have delivered warehouses stripped back to their bare steelwork frame and foundations, refurbished warehouses with main contractors and also directly procuring subcontract trades, many conversions of offices and retail to residential, fire damaged properties and refresh and refurbishment projects.
