Estates Management

Whilst not our core business of Project Management and Commercial Quantity Surveying we are fortunate enough to have been retained on developments we we originally helped acquire. We have added value with refurbishment programmes and improved the property stock with selective improvements and maintenance to see reflective rental increases. Whilst we do not receive tenants cash (this is dealt with by others) we are active with the existing and new Tenants, Agreement for Leases, Leases and Lease renewals, the alterations and refurbishments and for the general wellbeing of everyone on these estates.
